At Kasana Club Mussoorie, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our guests and our property.

Please read the policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)

🔹 Free Cancellation

• If cancelled 7 days or more before check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).

🔹 Partial Refund

• If cancelled 3 to 6 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

🔹 No Refund

• If cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of check-in, no refund will be provided.
• No refund for no-show (guest does not arrive on check-in date).
• No refund for early check-out.

2. Cancellation for OTA Bookings

If you booked through platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc., the cancellation policy of that platform will apply.
Guests are requested to check the cancellation terms on the respective booking website.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.

4. Date Modification Policy

• Date changes are subject to availability.
• Rate differences may apply depending on season and demand.
• Requests for date modification must be made at least 5 days prior to check-in.

5. Peak Season Policy

During peak season, long weekends, festive holidays, and New Year:

• Booking amount may be non-refundable.
• Date modification may not be allowed.

Guests are advised to confirm specific terms before booking during peak dates.

6. Cancellation by Property

In rare cases, if Kasana Club Mussoorie needs to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), guests will receive:

• Full refund of booking amount
OR
• Option to reschedule stay (subject to availability).

7. Force Majeure

The property shall not be responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control, such as:

• Natural disasters
• Road blockages
• Government restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Transport strikes

In such cases, refund decisions will be at management discretion.
