1. Booking & Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Guests must provide valid contact details at the time of booking.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
• Management reserves the right to refuse check-in if proper identification is not provided.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
• Standard Check-in Time: After 12:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful environment:
• Only families and adult couples are allowed.
• Bachelor groups (boys-only groups) are strictly not permitted.
• Unmarried couples are allowed with valid ID proof.
• All guests must carry valid government identification.
Kasana Club Mussoorie is designed as a calm mountain retreat for families and couples seeking relaxation.
4. Alcohol & Conduct Policy
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed without prior permission from management.
• Guests are expected to maintain discipline and avoid loud music or disturbance.
• Any behavior causing inconvenience to other guests may result in immediate action.
5. Property Rules
• Damaging property items will result in penalty charges.
• Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside rooms and common areas.
• Bonfire facility is available on request and may be chargeable.
• Outside visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
6. Location & Access Information
• The property is located approximately 500 meters above Mall Road.
• Camel’s Back Road is about 300 meters from the property.
• Mussoorie Mall Road is around 500 meters away.
• The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (approx. 32 km).
• Pickup facility can be arranged on request (chargeable).
7. Vehicle Movement Restrictions (Local Authority Rules)
• Personal vehicles are not allowed on Mall Road between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
• Yellow plate/commercial vehicles are restricted from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Mall Road.
Guests are advised to plan arrival accordingly.
8. Liability
• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal items.
• Natural conditions such as weather changes, fog, or road restrictions are beyond management control.
9. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are applicable as per booking platform terms or direct booking agreement. Guests are advised to confirm cancellation terms at the time of booking.
